Let me take this opportunity to thank you for all the help and support that you extended to my father. My father, Venkatesh Gudal was diagnosed with throat cancer in Feb 2012. He underwent chemotherapy and radiation to fight cancer. During this phase, the doctor advised us that my father may require a liquid diet through tube as most patients with this disease go through the same. Yes, going with you was definitely the best option as my father was the only patient among 200 patients who did not require tube feeding for a long time. Even at 82 years of age he had recovered beautifully and survived although he was old.
